2Space Face To Face and On The Phone

Our bodies store our experiences in our cells. It is as if each cell has a fuzzy hologram of our lives within it; a blurry 'picture' which includes everything that has ever happened to us, everything we have ever witnessed, and felt and thought and done. The present moment offers us a continual stream of opportunities to access these holograms and release whatever is stuck and causing pain.

A 2Space Face to Face session lasts from 1 ½  to 3 hrs, allowing time in a safe and gentle space for the body to release its burdens. We work with whatever part of the hologram is being activated in the present. Attention is brought to these stuck and blocked places which then begin to dissolve, releasing massive amounts of awareness in the process.

These are powerful sessions which can be used as one off ‘space shifters’ or as part of a longer term programme of transformation through self acceptance.

Cost £50.00 to £90.00 depending on duration.

Most of the weekly work I do is this phone work. This can be either long or short term work depending on the clients needs. It is powerfully therapeutic work which has many benefits compared to the more common therapy or counselling environment.
